Project that, since October 2000, contributes to the strengthening and reinvigoration of community work to multiply the knowledge acquired and revolutionize community cultural life, providing technical methodological advice for overcoming and continuing training. At present, the Project has the presence of Art Instructors, specialists in Theater and Dance in all the states of the Bolivarian Government of Venezuela.
